Sinatra Style - Final CCK08 Project

“And now the end is near
And so I face the final curtain,
I’ll state my case of which I’m certain.
I’ve lived a life that’s full, I traveled each and ev’ry highway,
And more, much more than this. I did it my way.”

- Frank Sinatra

Like Frank Sinatra, the initial Connectivism course

“Is nearing its end
The final curtain is drawing closed
I will now state what I have learned
The experience has been full and well traveled
And many different people did it their way.”

Now that we are nearing the end and for some it is already over (depending on how you participated with this course), I hope to share through my final project what I have learned, and explain my journey through Connectivism.  Like all students I have questioned, I have lead, followed, and now I must reflect on the following:

“What is the quality of my learning networks: diversity, depth, how connected am I?

I have broken this first section of the final project into three subsections, allowing for their proper examination:

“How has this course influenced my view of the process of learning (assuming, of course, that it has)?”

I hope this brief summary outlines my views regarding learning and Connectivism.

“What types of questions are still outstanding?”

I am lucky enough to have excellent and outstanding professionals to work with everyday.  To showcase some of these people, I have asked them to present some of the outstanding questions I still have regarding the Theory of Connectivism.

“How can you incorporate connectivist principles in your design and delivery of learning?”

This final podcast wraps up my views on the design and delivery of learning with this model of learning.

This course has been extremely interesting, exciting and challenging, I hope my future educational endeavors are even half of what this course was, and what it taught me.  If you have any comments on the material I provided, please comment on this blog:
